Returns

  • You have 14 days from the purchase date to file a return request
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned product.
  • Product must be unopened and in resalable condition
  • Only the cost of the product is refunded (less restocking fee), actual shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Most orders have subsidized shipping costs The Shipping amount you were charged may be less than the actual shipping cost.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insurance and tracking numbers for the return.
  • Please contact us for a return authorization number.
  • Please enclose your name, phone number, order number and return authorization number with your return.

  • Exchanges

  • Exchanges are just like returns, except there is no restocking fee.
  • You have 14 days from the purchase date to file an exchange request
  • Product must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insurance and tracking numbers fo rthe return.
  • Please contact us for a return authorization number.
  • Place an order for the product you wish to exchange for.
  • Please enclose your name, phone number, order numbers and return authorization number with your return.

  • Once we receive your exchange, we will credit your account.
  • Damaged/Lost Product

  • Please contact us with your damage claim
  • There is a maximum of 45 days from date of shipment to file a claim with UPS/Fedex
  • All damaged/lost product is insured by the shipper and will be replaced at no cost to you.
  • Please keep all product packaging, shipper may request inspection.
  • We will need a picture of the damaged product emailed to us.
  • Once shipper approves the damage claim, replacement product will be shipped to you.
  • Defective Product

  • Please contact us with your defective product claim
  • Any defective product will be replaced at no cost to you.
  • Defective products will replaced with like product only.
  • Some products are warrantied directly with the manufacturer
  • We will need a picture of any defective product emailed to us.
  • Please return product to this address, unless otherwise directed.
  • Missing or Incorrect Product

  • We will immediately replace any missing or incorrect product in your order.
  • All shipping charges for the incorrect/missing product will be our responsibility.
  • We may or may not request the incorrect product returned with our prepaid shipping label.
